OUT]	supportedLteBandLen[OUT] Supported LTE Bands length Number of set of following elements lteBands
OUT]	lteBands[OUT] Array of supported LTE bands where each entry is decimal representative of the LTE band supported.
OUT]	TLVPresent[OUT] TLV Present
